Improve cycle lanes and install cycle parking, Make sure people can walk - provide pavements and safe neighbourhoods. Encourage doctors to prescribe physical activity. Provide activities in places people already visit, like schools, workplaces or community centres. Maintain parks and open spaces and keep them well-lit. Carry out research into why people don't exercise.
